Return and Cancellation Policy

20 days Return Policy

We accept authorized returns within 20 calendar days from the date the product was received by the buyer or original recipient unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

All authorized returns must be unused and in their original condition, including all items and components that were included in the original package.  Items being returned must not have been disassembled, mounted, modified, or damaged due to incorrect installation or user error. PZeuroparts.com will not be held responsible for installation or labor expenses, towing expenses, additional repair expenses, or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.

Refunds are normally processed and credited within 24-48 business hours after our warehouse receives your part(s). Once the returned part(s) has/have been inspected and processed, the refund will be credited to the payment method you used to buy the item(s) you ordered.  You will receive a “credit approved” e-mail the day your refund is processed.  If the purchase was made with a debit or credit card, it may take an additional 1-7 business day(s) for your financial institution to reflect the credit back on your account.

Return freight charges are not reimbursable unless the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or a direct result of an error on our part.

15% restocking fee is charged on all items unless the return is the result of an error on PZeuroparts.com.

Core Return Policy

PZ Europarts offers a wide array of remanufactured products, all built to exacting OEM specifications and delivered with a one year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

All remanufactured products are sold with an accompanying core charge. This core charge is refundable to the customer’s account when the following criteria have been satisfied. All core returns must be:

– Received by PZ Europarts within 30 days of the original invoice date.

– Be rebuildable according to original equipment manufacturer’s specifications (if deemed non rebuildable, core will be used for scrap or returned to customer via freight collect).

– The same part number that was provided to the customer

– Accompanied by a completed Core Return Form.

Core Return Process

– Print and fill out form,

– Pack and send your core,

Please pack your item carefully (remove grease and protect part from possible shipping damage).

Place the shipping label outside of the package (make sure to include your return address and take note of your tracking number); the customer is responsible for shipping charges.

-Your credit will be issued within 30 days from the day we received your core (if deemed rebuildable).
